Multi axis fully servo hydraulic hybrid waterwheel combination machine tool
Used for the processing of brass, low lead, die cast aluminum, forged aluminum, lead-free ball valves, gate valves, angle valves, globe valves, balance valves, check valves, pressure reducing valves, and three-way components. Each process is completed in one clamping, transforming complex technical labor into simple programmatic and automated labor.
Model: Vertical rotating Taiwan Zongxin EXT-460 octagonal turntable.
Power head distribution: 8-14 power heads can be configured freely on the left, middle, and right sides.
The functions of the power head include: expanding holes, lining holes, tapping teeth, picking teeth, and extending knives. The control system includes a motion controller and a multi axis and multi-channel CNC system.
Optional three coordinate robotic arm/articulated robotic arm.
